Receptionist Holland Home - 3.6 Kentwood, MI Job Details Part-time 15 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Desktop applications Productivity software Full Job Description Part-Time Receptionist Breton Ridge Holland Home Breton Ridge is seeking a part-time receptionist to be the first welcoming face for our residents and visitors on our beautiful Breton Woods Campus. The schedule is every Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. There are times when this role may pick up additional hours when available. What will you do? Greet residents and visitors with a warm welcome. Answer telephones - provide information and/or direct callers to the appropriate place/person. Update and input data on the computer. Sort incoming mail and packages. This position requires : Customer service focus Positive attitude Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to comfortably use the computer for necessary tasks Commitment to the residents and their well-being Schedule Schedule includes working every Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
