We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. Employee pet discount Professional development opportunities Paid Time Off What You'll Do Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion. Answer phones and respond to client inquiries efficiently and courteously. Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar. Process payments, invoices, and client transactions accurately. Maintain complete and accurate client and patient records. Utilize Cornerstone and Otto to schedule appointments, document communications, and manage client information. Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and efficient workflow. Assist with administrative duties and help maintain a clean, organized reception area. Provide exceptional customer service while helping create a positive experience for every client and patient. The Right Candidate Will Have A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist (required). Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience using veterinary practice management software Cornerstone (preferred). A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support teammates. A genuine passion for helping people and their pets. Please Note Only applicants with at least two years of veterinary receptionist experience will be considered.
