Job description: Milan Area Animal Hospital is a well-established, full service, small animal practice, in search of an experienced full-time employee. Applicants must be motivated, personable, friendly, enjoy working with people and animals, & capable of communicating effectively with clients, as well as other staff members. Applicants must have exceptional client service & communication skills. It is crucial that applicants are able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail & accuracy. Willing to train the right person! Starting at $16/hour, could be more depending on experience.

Hours of Operation:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 AM

• 5 PM Saturday 9 AM
• 1 PM (closed the last Saturday of each month) Client service/education Friendly / Outgoing personality Manage multi-line phone system
• using proper phone etiquette Daily navigation of multiple computer systems Schedule management Handle cash and credit card transactions Filing/typing as needed Assist in cleaning, stocking and maintenance of hospital Quick learner Computer literate Excellent customer service and telephone skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Reliable Transportation Ability to carry up to 30 lbs without restriction
