Ethos Physical Therapy - South Lyon, MI Ethos Physical Therapy is looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our South Lyon team. This position is responsible for patient check-in/out, scheduling, communication, payments, and day-to-day front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet and check in/out patients and provide excellent customer service Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer phones, emails, and patient questions Verify patient demographic and insurance information Collect copays and patient payments Assist with insurance authorizations, referrals, and paperwork Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate scheduling changes and needs with therapists and staff Help maintain an organized and professional front desk and waiting area Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, scanning, and other office needs Follow HIPAA and patient privacy requirements Work as part of the clinic team to provide a positive patient experience Qualifications Previous front desk, customer service, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and email Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical therapy or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
