Wellness Coordinator (Part-Time) Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa - South Lyon, MI Are you a friendly, organized, and dependable person who enjoys helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating exceptional customer experiences? Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa is looking for a Part-Time Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team in South Lyon . As the first and last person our clients see, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming experience while helping our spa run smoothly. Responsibilities Welcome clients with a friendly, professional attitude Schedule appointments and answer phones Check clients in and out using our booking software Process payments and gift card sales Recommend memberships, services, and retail products Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized Assist with light housekeeping throughout the spa Support massage therapists and estheticians to ensure a seamless client experience Help maintain a calm, positive, and professional atmosphere What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and learning new software Reliable, punctual, and dependable Sales or retail experience is a plus but not required Spa, salon, medical office, or hospitality experience is preferred Why Join Kneaded Relief?
