Location:

Taylor, MI Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth within our expanding clinic What You'll Do Greet patients with a friendly and professional attitude Check patients in and out efficiently Collect and update patient demographics and insurance information Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage Obtain and track OT/PT therapy authorizations Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist with patient communication and follow-up Maintain accurate records and documentation Help keep the front desk and clinic organized and welcoming Work closely with therapists, providers, billing staff, and other team members Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service Assist with general clinic and front-office duties as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Experienced and confident in a medical office setting Friendly, positive, and professional A strong team player Dependable and punctual Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Comfortable communicating with patients, insurance companies, and staff Able to learn new systems and workflows quickly Someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient service Experience Medical Receptionist experience: 1 year preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
