About Us At Eversmiles Pediatric Dentistry we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children. We believe that the first impression matters starting with the warm smile and efficiency of our front desk team. We're currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Pediatric Front Desk Associate to join our team and help create a welcoming and organized environment for our young patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and families warmly and professionally Answer and direct phone calls; respond to inquiries and take accurate messages Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments using our EMR system Verify insurance information and collect co-pays and payments Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical paperwork Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Maintain a clean and child-friendly front desk and waiting area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting strongly preferred Proficient with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR/EMR) strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, compassionate, and patient with children and families What We Offer Supportive and collaborative work environment Paid time off and holiday pay How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
