Job Description
Our friendly, patient-focused dental office is looking for a dependable and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you!
Position Hours:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday throughThursday Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork Manage daily schedules and maintain organized records Support the clinical team and help create a positive office environmentQualifications:
Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable using computers and scheduling software Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset If you're friendly, reliable, and ready to be the welcoming face of our office, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type:
