Job Description

Service Department Assistant / Receptionist Join Our Growing Automotive Service Team! Show Me Auto Mall is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Department Assistant / Receptionist to join our fast-paced service department. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and have strong organizational skills, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends! Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule and confirm customer service appointments Welcome customers and assist with the service check-in process Check customers out after repairs and process payments Coordinate and manage our loaner vehicle program, including reservations, vehicle check-in/check-out, and documentation Communicate with service advisors to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain accurate customer and loaner vehicle records Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable with excellent organizational skills Previous customer service, receptionist, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred What We Offer Monday through Friday schedule - No Saturdays or Sundays Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company match (if applicable) Friendly team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement within our dealership If you're looking for a career with a growing dealership that values its employees and provides exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
