Job Description
Visionhealth Eye Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Republic office. The Administrative Assistants primary job duties will include promptly greeting patients, scheduling patients, determining insurance benefits and updating patient accounts. Additional duties will include dispensing and adjusting glasses, ordering and dispensing contact lenses, and taking payments. We value our patients and see them as our friends! This position is typically the first person to greet our patients when they come in the front door. A bright, cheery attitude is an absolute must to succeed at this position.
Position Requirements:
Experience preferred, but not required. Must be available to work an 8 hour shift M-F between 7:00A-6:00P Have excellent attendance and be very dependable. Basic computer skills. Professional appearance. Strong customer service skills. Pay is based on experience.Job Type:
