What You Will Do Multi-line phone management Email management Schedule wellness, sick, surgical and dental appointments Check clients in/out and process payments Data entry Coordinate prescription refills Communicate questions from clients to veterinarians and technicians Relay basic medical information to clients as directed by a veterinarian Client education Maintain a clean and safe waiting area Provide friendly customer service with a smile and a positive attitude Who We Need We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist/CSR to join our team. Candidates must be able to work well independently and on a team, have good interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a sometimes stressful environment. Experience in the veterinary field is greatly preferred but not required and we are willing to train the right candidate. Customer service experience is a must.
