Job Description
Multi-office retina practice is hiring for a front desk receptionist position. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism in their demeanor, communication, work ethic, and overall conduct. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Duties include checking patients in and out, scheduling patient appointments, reviewing patient demographics, verifying insurances, answering phones, collecting patient copays, and assisting patients with various requests.
- Strong customer service skills a must.
- Ability to handle projects and administrative duties delegated by management.
- Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi task.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, ethical behavior, and the ability to maintain a positive an appropriate image in the work place are a must.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
