The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and families. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and general inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed. Maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented demeanor. Basic computer skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to multitask and work independently.
