Front Desk Receptionist & Social Media Content Coordinator Changing Heads Salon | Northvale, NJ Do you love the beauty industry, connecting with people, and creating fun, engaging content? Changing Heads Salon is looking for a friendly, organized, and creative individual to join our team! We're seeking someone who can provide an exceptional guest experience at our front desk while helping grow our salon's social media presence through creative content, photography, videos, and Instagram Reels. What You'll Do Front Desk & Guest Experience Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensure every guest has an exceptional salon experience. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments. Manage appointments, confirmations, and cancellations. Check clients in and out and assist with checkout and payments. Help maintain an organized, clean, and inviting front desk and retail area. Support our stylists and team with daily salon operations. Assist with retail product recommendations and promotions. Social Media & Content Creation Capture beautiful hair transformations, before-and-after photos, and videos. Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and posts. Film salon content featuring our stylists, services, trends, and behind-the-scenes moments. Help plan and organize a consistent social media content calendar. Stay up to date on beauty trends, trending audio, and social media ideas. Assist with promoting salon services, special events, seasonal offers, and retail products. Help maintain the salon's brand aesthetic and online presence. The Ideal Candidate Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent communication skills. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Passionate about beauty, hair, fashion, and social media. Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and video-editing apps such as CapCut. Creative and confident taking photos and videos. Able to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment. A self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.
