Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, warm and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, had a bubbly personality and able to work well with others. Applicant must be detail-oriented and have the ability to think and act quickly. Prior experience is preferred but not required; experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. Responsibilities include insurance verification, scheduling appointments, patient check-in/check-out, assisting with pre-testing for doctors, and providing contact lens training, among other front desk duties. Our small office is well-established with a strong reputation in South Brunswick and offers a supportive, low-stress work environment with great hours—no weekends and early Friday closures. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including PTO, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Serious inquiries only, please.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
