Job Overview As a Front Desk Associate, you'll create a welcoming, organized first point of contact for patients and visitors. You'll manage front desk operations, handle phone communication, and support daily administrative work for providers with accuracy and care. ; ) Duties Welcome patients, answer questions, and provide courteous patient support. Answer and route calls using multi-line phone system; apply professional phone etiquette and clear client communication. Support office management and clerical tasks, maintain organized records, and assist with scheduling and time management. Use computer skills and technical proficiency to handle routine administrative tasks. Experience Office experience, including front desk, or even administrative experience, is helpful. Computer literacy and accuracy. Strong customer service and phone communication skills, with a professional, welcoming approach. Familiarity with eclipse or medical software is a plus! Bilingual spanish required

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.50 per hour
