Job Description

Countryside Veterinary Hospital is accepting resumes for a PT receptionist to join our team. Experience in the animal care industry and with Avimark software is preferred, but not required.

Duties include:

greeting and educating clients on services provided, loading clients into exam rooms, getting basic history, checking patients in/out of boarding, processing payments, and assisting the veterinarian and vet assistants. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, demonstrate phone etiquette, be motivated, well organized, compassionate, be able to multi-task with multiple phone lines, have computer knowledge, and be a team player in a fast paced environment. Hours vary from 8AM to 6PM

MTWF, 8AM

to 4PM on Thursday, and 9AM to noon on Saturdays. Saturday hours
