Front Desk Receptionist - Bilingual (Spanish)

$19-$23 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 2:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Flexibility to cover mornings, Fridays, and Sundays as needed is required. We're seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist for a busy primary care office in Riverhead. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, communicates well, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients courteously and efficiently Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance information Register patients and maintain accurate records in the EMR system Collect co-pays and assist with billing questions Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow Keep the front desk clean and organized Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish required Medical office or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Basic computer skills; familiarity with EMR systems preferred Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor Flexible to cover morning shifts, Fridays, and Sundays as needed Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a plus.
