As the first face our clients see, you will play an essential role in creating the warm, elevated, and welcoming experience SkiNNlab is known for. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and create a luxury spa experience from the moment they walk in Manage appointments, check-ins, and front desk flow Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries professionally and promptly Support daily spa operations and maintain an organized reception area Assist with scheduling, confirmations, retail sales, and client communication Help maintain a calm, clean, and elevated environment for clients and staff Ideal Candidate Energetic, friendly, and highly personable Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and client experience Previous front desk, spa, salon, or hospitality experience is a plus Social media familiarity is a bonus If you love skincare, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a modern, results-driven spa environment, we'd love to hear from you.
