About the Role We are seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This person will answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and warmly greet visitors as they arrive. Working under the Office Supervisor, this person will also serve as backup for the supervisor's front desk duties as needed. It is a role that rewards someone who takes pride in being reliable, discreet, and consistently professional, and who can keep a calm, cheerful presence even when the day gets busy. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Take clear, accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the right recipient without delay. Greet visitors, clients, and guests in reception, making them feel welcome and attended to. Maintain a tidy, orderly, and presentable front desk and reception area. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality at all times. Provide general information to callers and visitors as appropriate. Provide backup coverage for the Office Supervisor's front desk duties as needed. Support the office with light administrative tasks as needed.
