Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our clients dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and strong organizational abilities to manage front desk operations seamlessly. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office setting while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties Greet visitors and clients with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and clarity. Maintain office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars. Use technical proficiency in computer literacy to troubleshoot basic office equipment and software issues. Assist with client communication efforts, providing support for customer service inquiries. Manage phone etiquette standards to ensure clear and respectful communication at all times. Experience Must be available to work Monday and Wednesday 9-6 and Fridays 9-3 this is a part-time position Familiarity with front desk operations, clerical work, or reception duties is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry tasks. Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service is essential. Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent time management capabilities are required. Technical proficiency in computer literacy including troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues is important.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
