Lager Counseling Services is looking for a warm, reliable, and organized Part-Time Saturday Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at our Wantagh location . This role is ideal for someone who is personable, professional, dependable, and enjoys helping others. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required . Training will be provided for the right candidate. At Lager Counseling Services, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients and clinicians feel supported. We are looking for someone who can bring that same energy to our front desk.

Schedule Saturday:

8:00 AM - 4:00

PM Location:

Wantagh, NY Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional manner Answer phones and respond to client inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain clinician schedules Process payments and assist with basic billing questions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office Support clinicians and administrative staff as needed Open/close and ensure the office is ready for clients and clinicians We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, welcoming, and personable Reliable and punctual Organized and able to multitask Professional, yet down-to-earth A strong communicator and team player Respectful of client privacy and confidentiality Comfortable with basic technology Willing to learn and go the extra mile Why Work With Us?
