Our approach goes beyond the workout, creating a welcoming space where clients can build strength, reset, and feel supported. We offer Reformer and Mat Pilates, strength training, sauna, red light therapy, and an evolving range of wellness experiences. The Role We're looking for a warm, reliable, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. As one of the first faces clients see when they enter the studio, you'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting daily operations, client service, and sales. This role has significant room to grow for someone who takes initiative, wants to learn, and is excited to take on greater responsibility as Soundbody continues to expand. Responsibilities Greet and check in clients and create a warm, professional studio experience Assist with bookings, memberships, account questions, retail purchases, and general inquiries Maintain a strong knowledge of studio offerings, memberships, promotions, and policies Monitor client emails and texts and ensure questions are handled promptly Confidently introduce clients to membership options, help them identify the best fit, and contribute to membership sales goals Complete daily opening, closing, and studio operations tasks Maintain a clean, calm, organized, and well-stocked studio, including light housekeeping as needed Keep the front desk, retail, and common areas polished and inviting throughout the day Support instructors and team members as needed Take initiative and look for ways to improve the client and studio experience Who You Are Warm, personable, reliable, and detail-oriented A strong written and verbal communicator Comfortable multitasking in a busy, client-facing environment Proactive and willing to take ownership of responsibilities Interested in fitness and wellness, with a strong hospitality and client-service mindset Previous hospitality, customer service, fitness, wellness, retail, or sales experience preferred Available to work 3-5 shifts per week (20+ hours), including at least one weekend day and morning shifts beginning as early as 7:00 AM Looking for a year-round position Compensation & Perks $18-$25/hour, based on experience Additional sales commission opportunities available Complimentary Soundbody amenities and classes Employee retail discount and discounted events Opportunity for continued growth and increased responsibility within
