Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy 3 doctor small animal practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary practice. This role requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. If organized chaos, adorable patients and great coworkers sound like your kind of workday, come join us!! Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments for multiple doctors. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pet care, and general veterinary information. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date. Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations. Requirements Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
