Job Description

Carp Cosmetic Surgery Center in Uniontown OH is looking for a full time front office staff to join our team. Required hours are Mon-Thu 9AM - 5PM and Fri 8AM - 4PM. Our ideal candidate is self starter, attentive, ambitious, and reliable .
MUST HAVE DYNAMIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SKILLS.
Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls Appointment scheduling Patient chart assembly Assist with inventory check in Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Assist patient coordinator Qualifications Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist Knowledge of basic computer skills, spreadsheets and word processing documents Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills Medical background is a plus We are looking forward to reading your application.
