Paws and Effect Position Overview Paws and Effect is looking for a friendly, organized, dependable, and creative individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate & Social Media Coordinator. This position serves as one of the first points of contact for our clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while helping keep our daily operations organized and running smoothly. This role will also take an active part in showcasing the fun, care, and personality of Paws and Effect through engaging social media content. Front Desk & Customer Service Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions about our services. Schedule grooming, daycare, boarding, and other appointments. Check pets in and out for their scheduled services. Confirm client and pet information and ensure necessary instructions are accurately communicated to the appropriate department. Assist clients with general questions regarding services, scheduling, pricing, and policies. Communicate professionally with clients both in person and over the phone. Work closely with the grooming, daycare, boarding, and management teams to help ensure a smooth experience for clients and their pets. Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk area. Social Media & Content Responsibilities A key part of this position will be helping showcase the pets, staff, services, and everyday activities happening at Paws and Effect.

Responsibilities will include:

Regularly visit different departments to take pictures and videos of pets participating in grooming, daycare, boarding, enrichment, special events, and other activities. Create fun, engaging, and professional social media posts. Write creative captions that reflect the friendly personality of Paws and Effect. Highlight special events, promotions, seasonal activities, adorable pet moments, and behind-the-scenes content. Help maintain an active and consistent social media presence. Look for creative opportunities throughout the day to capture content that clients will enjoy seeing and sharing. Work with management to promote services, events, specials, and important announcements. Ensure photos and posts represent Paws and Effect in a positive and professional way. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be: Friendly and comfortable interacting with both people and animals. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Comfortable answering phones and communicating with clients. Able to multitask in a busy pet-care environment. Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling/customer management software. Creative and comfortable taking photos and videos. Familiar with social media platforms and able to create engaging content. Able to write clear, upbeat, and professional captions and posts. Comfortable moving between departments and interacting with staff to gather content. A team player who is willing to help wherever needed. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
