We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Medical Spa Receptionist who can create an amazing first impression, deliver exceptional customer service, and help our clients discover products and services they'll love!

• Comfortable navigating computers, scheduling software, and EMR systems. Passion for beauty & wellness
• Excited about rejuvenation, preventative care, and functional medicine. Medical spa experience
• Definitely a PLUS, but not required! Dependable & trustworthy
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and ready to be part of a team. Confident communicator
• Comfortable educating clients about our treatments, products, and services. Sales-minded
• Enjoys recommending products, promoting services, and upselling treatments to help clients achieve their goals. People person
• Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and making every client feel special!
