Job Description

Job Overview Join the team at Outside Inc. and Pelican Pool! We're a growing landscaping, retaining wall, French drain, and pool service business, and we need a dependable part-time receptionist to be the friendly first voice our customers hear and help keep our job scheduling running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Answer and route incoming calls Handle general filing and office organization Schedule

What You'll Need:

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Apple applications Strong phone skills and a professional, friendly manner Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Reliability and punctuality

Schedule:

Part-time, Monday and Thursday required (likely Mon-Thurs)

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
