What We're Looking For:

A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills Empathy for patients and a passion for helping others Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a smile Answer and manage multiple phone lines Schedule appointments efficiently Process payments and handle basic billing tasks Verify and look up insurance benefits Open and close the office as needed

Job Details:

Schedule:

Mondays and Fridays (18 hours/week) with the flexibility to cover other days if needed

Pay Rate:

$15-$16/hour

Experience:
