The ideal candidate would have availability to work various shifts listed below, as needed. Hours for this position could include: Monday—Friday 8:00AM-3:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-2:30PM, Sunday 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday—Friday 3:00PM-9:00PM, Saturday 2:30PM-9:00PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting residents, visitors, and staff in a warm, professional manner and directing inquiries appropriately. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly; take and relay detailed messages as needed. Monitor fire alarm and emergency systems; coordinate emergency responses, including contacting maintenance, nursing, cart drivers, or emergency services as required. Communicate emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests and submit follow-up work orders through WorxHub. Support resident services by assisting with transportation scheduling, guest check-ins, room reservations, tours, and daily front desk operations. Receive, log, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, prescriptions, and newspapers using the NOTIFII system and internal mail processes. Assist residents with package and prescription pickup and coordinate deliveries with Facilities when needed. Maintain accurate logs, schedules, keys, resident information, and required daily checklists for reception operations. Assist the Resident Services Manager with miscellaneous duties during evenings and weekends. Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA standards, and corporate compliance policies at all times. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to three years' experience working in similar position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
