Manage day-to-day operations including managing nail tech rotations, scheduling appointments Oversee inventory management by tracking supplies and submitting orders Implement effective marketing ads on social media to attract new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones. Assist with some cleaning duties and organizing nail products to endure the cleanliness around the salon Basic qualifications Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the nail industry. Basic computer skills Good Customer service Preferred qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customers' complains Bilingual or multilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse clientele. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions. Excellent organizational skills paired with effective time management capabilities. Background in merchandising, marketing, or sales management that drives business growth.
