Job Description
A Front Desk agent
- is responsible for assisting guests in checking in and checking out while also responding to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner—all in contribution to the continued effort to deliver outstanding guest service. What will I be doing? Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests upon their arrival
- Registration of guests (check-in/check-out)
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel.
WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS & A MUST
(ROTATION) What are we looking for? We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who displays friendliness and efficiency in their daily tasks with previous customer service and hotel experience.The following skills are required:
