Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Entering patient information into our computer system Verifying insurance benefits Assisting with patient recalls and medical records Preparing treatment rooms Working closely with doctors and fellow team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience Performing various administrative and clinical support duties as needed
