Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Marina Nail Lounge. Our front desk plays an important role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every client. Because our salon can be fast-paced and busy, we're looking for someone who already has experience working with customers and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once. Previous experience in a salon, spa, beauty business, front desk, or fast-paced hospitality environment is highly preferred. Experience with appointment scheduling, answering phones, POS/checkouts, and assisting customers is especially valuable. We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, dependable, and proactive — someone who enjoys staying busy, notices when a client or team member needs assistance, and is comfortable taking initiative. This position is best suited for someone who already has professional customer-service or front-desk experience and is ready to step into a busy salon environment.
