LP Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist / PT Tech to join our Hubbard clinic. This role blends front desk duties with hands on support for our therapy team, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and staying active during their shift. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner Manage scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance information and collect necessary paperwork Assist therapy staff with exercise setup, equipment prep, and modalities under supervision Maintain a clean, organized treatment area Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, receptionist, or patient care experience preferred Comfortable assisting with light physical tasks and patient movement Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software Ability to multitask in a fast paced clinical environment A positive, patient focused attitude

Compensation:
