Available Help for . Employer seeking to hire a Front Desk Clerk with light bookkeeping duties. This position responsibilities will include
Complete data entry, collect transactions, track debits, and maintain and monitor financial records with accuracy. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are properly labeled and stored. Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area, including keeping the front window clean and presentable. Check the restroom regularly to ensure it is stocked with supplies and clean; perform light cleaning as needed, including cleaning the toilet when necessary. Complete local city errands such as dropping off mail at the post office, paying the water bill, and obtaining signatures on checks. Assist tenants with reasonable requests for help with forms, documents, or other administrative needs. Perform general receptionist duties including answering phones, greeting clients, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately. Monitor front entrance activity and ensure only authorized individuals access the building, report safety or maintenance concerns promptly. Maintain confidentiality of tenant information and organizational records at all times. Monitor office and restroom supply levels and notify management when items need to be reordered. Operate office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax machine, and postage meter. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, or tenant consultations as needed. Communicate important notices or messages to tenants or staff when requested. Assist the Executive Director with additional duties or special projects as assigned. Report all violations of rules, criminal activity, or concerning behavior to the Executive Director immediately. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director to support daily operations.
Must have knowledge using Excel Spreadsheets.
This position is subject to Section 3 requirements under 24 CFR Part 75. The employer will comply with all applicable Section 3 regulations.
