Offer description Your mission Onet Propreté et Facility Services is looking for a: Receptionist (M/F) Fixed-Term Contract

Summer Period Contract start date: August 13, 2026 27.

5 hours/week

Paris

2nd arrondissement Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure reception services focused exclusively on the satisfaction of internal clients and visitors.

Your main responsibilities include:

Greeting site occupants and visitors
Ensuring that all customer and visitor requests are met (taxi reservations, etc.)
Manage the reception areas located near the front desk
Ensure that all site-related procedures and standards are followed daily
Liaise with the FM team regarding all issues related to the building and facilities
Monitor services: gather information, update records, and prepare reports for your area of responsibility
Identify any malfunctions and escalate the information Your assets You have a college degree and significant experience in the hospitality, hotel, or event industries.

You are fluent in English and at ease with IT tools. With excellent interpersonal and service skills, you are dynamic and autonomous. You'll also be able to react quickly, be rigorous and organized.
