Job Description

Part-Time Receptionist - Senior Living Community We are looking for a dependable, friendly individual to work part-time at the front desk of our senior living community.
Pay:
$10.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
Weekdays:
10:00 AM-6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-10:00
PM Weekends:
8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 4:00 PM-10:00 PM Duties include: Answering incoming phone calls Answering basic questions from residents and guests Directing deliveries to the appropriate apartment Taking messages and transferring calls to voicemail Assisting residents and visitors at the front desk Responding to pendant alerts when needed This is a straightforward front desk position with no computer work required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, courteous, comfortable speaking with seniors and the public, and able to remain calm if an emergency situation occurs.
