Role:

The Little Rascals Child Care is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable professional to serve as our Afternoon Administrative & Parent Liaison . This key team member will serve as the face of our center during afternoon hours — welcoming parents, addressing any day-to-day concerns, and supporting our classrooms as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and communicate with parents during pickup times Handle parent questions, updates, and minor concerns professionally and promptly Assist with administrative tasks such as documenting incidents or updating records Supervise children when needed (e.g., classroom support or coverage) Communicate calmly and clearly in situations involving behavior or safety Help ensure a smooth and secure end-of-day routine

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Excellent communication and people skills Professionalism and calm problem-solving abilities Experience working in a school, daycare, or customer-facing environment A warm, child-friendly demeanor and the ability to step into a classroom when needed Basic computer or record-keeping skills Must pass background check through
