Job Description We are seeking a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR/Receptionist) who values teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional patient and client care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys supporting client and patient flow during busy hours. This role is best suited for someone who values consistency, clear communication, and being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.

Schedule Monday:

8:00 AM

•5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Tuesday:

8:00 AM

•5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Friday:

8:00 AM

•5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) No weekends Consistent, set weekly schedule On-call Wednesdays and Thursdays to help cover shifts (if a teammate is sick or on vacation) Responsibilities Serve as a primary client care specialist and first point of contact Answer phones, texts, and emails to assist clients in a kind and professional manner Check clients in, record patient weights, and prepare appointments Confirm appointments and surgeries Schedule appointments using structured protocols Communicate effectively with the medical team Process payments and send text-to-pay links Request, review, and upload medical records Maintain lobby cleanliness and restock retail/refreshments Support a positive, team-focused work culture Benefits Employee pet discount for 4 pets with free exams and services, cost + 10% on all treatments and diagnostics.
