Position Overview:
As a Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. From managing bookings to educating clients on our services, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive environment while supporting sales and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Confidently perform phlebotomy and intramuscular injections. Answer calls, emails, and inquiries, assisting clients with bookings and questions. Educate guests on services, membership options, and promotions. Guide guests in safely using our wellness equipment and services. Sales & Revenue Growth Recommend services and memberships to enhance client wellness journeys. Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records. Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting service packages and add-ons. Studio Support & Organization Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio to ensure a pristine environment. Assist with social media engagement by sharing promotions, updates, and guest experiences. Support day-to-day operations to keep the studio running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Experience in phlebotomy and IM injections Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to make informed decisions that drive sales and increase revenue. Previous experience in a wellness studio, fitness center, spa, or similar setting is a plus. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
