Job Description
Hampton Inn in Covington, VA is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to work the front desk and join our team. All training is conducted on site. We are looking for applicants with open availability including weekends. The shifts we are looking for are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
Applicants must possess the following:
1. Reliable transportation 2. Ability to stand for long periods of time 3. Basic computer skills 4. Excellent customer service skills 5. Open availability 6. - Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize computer systems to manage reservations and guest information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
