What You'll Do Welcome every client with genuine warmth and professionalism Check clients in and out using our booking software Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries Schedule and manage appointments while optimizing provider schedules Recommend retail products and memberships confidently Prepare beverages and thoughtful amenities for guests Keep the reception area beautiful, stocked, and inviting Maintain cleanliness throughout the spa during the day Process payments and reconcile the cash drawer Assist with inventory, retail merchandising, and restocking Support special events, promotions, and open houses Help create a calm, luxury experience for every guest Work closely with our estheticians to keep the day running smoothly
