Maple Lane Veterinary Clinic is a compassionate, family-oriented practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their families. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. Position Overview As our Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first person clients see when they walk through our doors. This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer multi-line phone calls and schedule appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, and follow-up care Assist the veterinary team with administrative tasks Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional client service Ability to review and interpret patient medical records Qualifications Previous receptionist or customer service experience required Veterinary or medical office experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and a team player Passion for helping people and caring for animals Benefits Paid vacation Health insurance eligibility after 90 days Paid holidays Employee pet care discounts Supportive team environment Opportunities for continued learning and growth Why Join Maple Lane Veterinary Clinic?
