Job Description

We are looking to hire a Back Office Assistant. This is an entry level position. As a Back Office Assistant at Sumner Specialized Physical Therapy, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience. You'll work alongside our physical therapists to prepare treatment areas, assist with patient flow, maintain an organized and efficient clinic, and ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys serving others, communicates well, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. We provide comprehensive training and a clear growth pathway, with opportunities to expand into additional responsibilities and leadership as your skills develop.
