It's a place where residents and staff are creating a village that feels like a family. Sound Vista Village has an opportunity for a Part Time Receptionist to work Saturday and Sunday evenings, 4pm-7pm. Possible opportunities to pick up for vacations/call offs. This is a great position for someone who loves having fun and working with people. Must have clear communication skills and interact comfortably and graciously with residents, staff and guests. An ability and desire to work with seniors is a must!

Position Summary:

Assist with answering all incoming calls, both internal and external, in a warm, pleasant and professional manner Greet all visitors, residents, family members, and employees in a warm, friendly manner General customer service duties

Specific Requirements:

Must be able to pass a DSHS background check Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the US Must have regular, punctual attendance Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant and remain calm during emergency situations A smile and enthusiasm!
