Non - Exempt Position Summary Directs and coordinates all product related data, office forms and outside contacts. Primary Responsibilities First point of company contacts Coordinate mail shipment Ordering office supplies, printing of Milk house Cards, Envelopes, BOL s and Labels Data Entry Answering phones and routing calls Backup for other office personnel SQF (Safe Quality Food) Compliance It is the responsibility of every employee to ensure that Chula Vista Cheese Company s food safety and quality management system complies with food safety regulations and SQF compliance. Food Safety Issues :

It is your responsibility to communicate any food safety and quality problems to your supervisor to initiate action.

T raining:

Attend all required training and pass all necessary knowledge or skillbased evaluations. Key Activities Answer phones and direct calls Prepare shipping labels, example - Fed ex and Applied Science Process visitors Pull cheese reports, check for accuracy. Input data in charts and programs (Cheese Chart, production report, ect.) Process cheese orders / shipments in D365 Ordering of all office supplies in an accurate and timely manner Follow all position related GMP s, sanitation procedures, and quality procedures as set forth by QA and/or supervisors Responsible for following Safety (OSHA) regulations and procedures. Responsible for complying to all Safe Quality Food (SQF) polices/procedures and requirements for position. Provides coverage for other office positions as needed. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
