Job Description

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Receptionist INT.

Description:

Responsible for answering phone calls and dealing with customer inquiries in an appropriate manner. Supply callers with appropriate information or redirect their call. Greet and announce visitors in a cordial and professional manner. Handle incoming mail and couriers. Provide general support to managers and fellow employees within the office. Maintain appearance and upkeep of main reception area. Maintain phone lists.

Qualifications include:

Previous experience working in a professional and customer oriented environment.
