ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent seven years as an agent team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business and a strong foundation for building an agency of my own. I'm a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay and earned my master's degree from the University of Phoenix. Outside of work, I'm married with two kids, and sports (especially football), are a big part of our family. I coach middle school football as well as flag football for younger kids, which gives me another opportunity to mentor, teach, and help others develop. As a newer agency, we're excited to become more involved in the community as we grow. We recently joined the local Chamber of Commerce and look forward to building relationships and finding additional ways to support the community we serve. Carl Dodge - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
