Graf Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid front desk / dental assisting role with main focus on reception. What You'll Do Front Desk Duties:

Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify appointment schedules, and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. Manage patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate follow-up visits, and handle appointment rescheduling as needed to optimize clinic workflow. Educate patients on post-treatment care, dental terminology, and oral hygiene practices to promote optimal health outcomes. Handle billing, payments, and checkout.

Assisting Duties:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
